Our resident sports team is here to put together a personal activity programme for your stay. They provide a professional range of fitness courses and workouts, catering to groups as well as your individual needs. The options on offer include aqua fitness, back exercises, aerobics and walking activities. Additionally, training courses are available in functional gymnastics, stretching, spinning and Latin dance workouts.

All programmes aim to enhance health and fitness, promote weight loss and soothe or prevent physical complaints. To assist regeneration of body and mind we offer a range of massage techniques and brain training exercises.
